Had the worst experience buying a car with this dealership. The vehicle didn't come with any car mats and dealer said they would provide the mats for free. Then after signing the purchase docs, they went back on their words. The sales rep said the manager could only provide a discount for the mats... They said the mats were $300 and they would give it to us for $130, but this is the regular price for the mats at any VW dealership or website. Big red flag!!! The biggest issue we encountered was after taking ownership of the vehicle, we noticed a small dent/chip on the passenger side rear bumper for this brand new car. We ask if the dealer could take a look and repair it. They insisted that we bring it in for a manager to review before they can commit to fixing it. We had to bring in the vehicle twice for two different staff to inspect it. When they agreed to fix the dent/chip, all they did was use a paint pen and did a messy job applied it onto the bumper. The repair looked horrible and it looked like they made no attempts on making the dent/chip look unnoticeable. I didn't expect it to be a perfect repair, but honestly it looks worst after they made a half bake attempt on fixing it. This dealer is dishonest and only care about making a sale. I would stay away from doing business with them. The Sales Manager Ron Bertrand and Sales Rep Juan Jurado are not trustworthy people. I feel like they were giving us the run around and not providing a clear and solid answer when we had questions or when we contacted them about issues with the vehicle after purchasing it.

This is my 2 time purchasing Volkswagen. My wife I purchased a 2025 Atlas Cross Sport. Scott our salesman was great and very transparent. We came back before the month ended I purchased a 2025 Taos for our daughter and went back to Scott Pantin our salesman. I highly recommend the dealership and Scott Pantin. We will be back next year for my vehicle and visit our favorite Salesman.

Scott (salesman) was great, knowledgeable and patient. He explained and answered all my questions. He was transparent with everything! This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from the dealership and salesman Scott. Brianna and Scotty, Finance Manager, was wonderful! Both were very professional and gave my copies with everything. Scott showed me around the dealership and introduced me to service advisor. Walked me around to parts department. That was first time any dealership did that. Overall experience was outstanding!

Service advisor has been great. Finance has not. Ronnie has not. Purchased a new VW and found out they had transferred my currently STILL owned and used trucks tag to my new VW when I went to renew both of my registration tags. I had been driving my truck off and on, on a void plate, for 10 months completely ignorant of what they had done. I’ve been trying to get ahold of finance to correct this for over 3 weeks now and they will not call me back. They have 1 year to date to correct this and are dragging it out so they don’t have to. They are ignoring me ,it’s beyond unprofessional. I had to get corporate VW involved but they can only be the middle man. The dealership has to fix this. I shouldn’t have to pay for two new tags and will not. They will not correct their mistake. Giving me the run around where I had to call the bureau of dealer services to help.

Our sales person scott was kind and showed everything to us. He was very informative and so was the financial staff.

I just purchased my second vehicle with Hanania Volkswagen of Orange Park and am happy to say that the experience was amazing. My sales rep was Douglas, and he was awesome. Though I kept him there at the dealership late on a Sunday night, he was patient and extremely helpful in completing the transaction. He has been good in follow-up ensuring that I am happy with my car. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a new car to look Douglas up!

Store personnel provided a warm greeting and offered assistance with directions to the area of the store for the needed services. Sales staff and sales manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. All departments involved in the sales, Jamaris Mccullors was excellent with paperwork process explaining and delivery, finance Brianna Whitney was very knowledgeable and through with finance and options for warranty options, delivery also provided great customer service. Waiting area was supplied with refreshments. I would recommend VW of Orange Park for a hassle-free customer service and vehicle delivery.

Just purchased a 2025 VW Atlas from here. I always dread buying a new vehicle, but the salesman Jamaris and finance guy Scotty made it a pleasant experience. Ask for Jamaris when you go here for your next car! Highly recommend.
